SOLUTION: There is provided a bag-in-box 1 in which a plastic film inner bag 3 for use in storing liquid is installed in a thick board outer box 2, wherein outer surfaces of a triangular-shaped ear at a surplus section expanded out at the upper part of the inner bag are adhered to the inner surfaces of right and left top flaps 10a, 10b of the thick board outer box 2. After filling liquid through an opening, the opening is sealingly closed, the two top flaps 10a, 10b having the triangular-shaped ear adhered thereto are bent back inside to cause their end sides to be fixed with an adhering tape 30 and the like.

Further, the wound part 21 is folded down and bonded over the paper box 10a, thereby preventing the exposure of the edge face of the paper of the paper box 10a, and also the holes 70 are covered with sealing members 80.
